So i've had a great week and ive made some good money and i wanna add some stuff to my truck...

I was thinking of going with a black grillcraft grille, Step bars, new side mirrors, maybe new muffler.

i ordered some black L heads/corners already and some 20% tint for the sides.

My question is what side mirrors should i go for? Preferably something on e-bay. what type of muffler sounds best on the 4.2? and should i do duals?

also im kinda unsure on the grillcraft as from looking at it it looks like it may block a lot of light from my lights behind my grill.

i would just get stock xlt mirrors and i say no to the step bars

 

Lift it up high enough so that you need the step bars

 

i kinda would like them cause i do have to kinda jump up in. meh ill not get them, waste of money only reason i was consierding is cause my fiance has trouble getting in lol....

forgot to mention im gonna get a smoked whiper cowl too.

 

dont get the wiper cowl, instead buy some clear fog lights and put them on!! they would look way better

 

well why do you say to not get it? also clear fogs for where? The stock location? I have lights behind my grill too.

 

well, ive seen pics of them on our trucks and i dont think they look good at all.

yeah, lights for the stock location, you can get them off ebay, they look really good with the L headlights and it gets rid of those black covers.

 

okay, wouldn't i need a new light switch though to do that?

get stock xlt mirrors with PTM caps and then get a dynomax bullet imo

 

oh, i dont think they make them in black since it uses the whole surface to reflect light, unlike the headlights.

you can open them and paint them and they still reflect enough. look at mine

 

yes i will do the xlt with caps! I like it a lot. Dynomax bullet huh, any audio clips? I heard a flowmaster 40 series on youtube and it sounded real good for a v6.
