Always leak check after an oil change!!

You can tap with a small hammer or wrench on your Idle Air Control Valve(IAC) on the back of the engine and see if the rough idle goes away. Years ago I had one go bad, without a check engine light. You can take it off and clean the carbon out with some carb or contact cleaner but its usually just a temp fix.. A coworker had some issues with new IAC valves from autozone were bad, so if you replace it you might should just buy the part from the Ford.

If that dont fix it you might consider getting a compression check done to see if your cylinders have any damage. Also, In the future.. Always Leak check after changing your oil!! Everytime I pull my filter off i check for that filter gasket. Years ago i changed the oil in my moms car and did the same thing but i caught it on the "LEAK CHECK". Okay I think I've busted your chops enough. Good luck

You don't have much to go on with no codes.
You will now have to begin investigating fuel pressure, look for air intake leaks etc until you get a lead.
An IAC issue usually results in a low idle, high idle or no idle control under idle load changes not a rough idle.
An oil pressure test would be a good thing to do to see if the bearings have been damages that results in very low oil pressure.
This could affect the cam drive chain tensioners operation and could affect the cam timing to some degree as well as fuel injector timing.
On the driver side head right in the front is the cam sensor that tells the PCM when to fire the fuel injectors based on cam gear position. If the gear is late the fuel timing will be affected.
These are just some comment to get you to look for a lead.
Good luck.
