If it works out, I might go back to the carbon fiber style due to it looking really good.

Ya, I thought about that too, I like the look of it, but didn't want to look like a Honda Civic rice burner.

I got it from a wholesale distributer. Most of the films come from China. It's pretty difficult to get a hold of if you don't run a shop.

Also, you have to do quite a bit of research to get it to turn out right. Each film requires a specific chemical activator, specific water temperatures, specific soak times, activation times, rinse times, heating times etc. I'm still learning the process. Once I get it down, I might open up my services to the forum members to build my portfolio. But I've got a lot on my plate right now (in the middle of moving from Seattle to San Diego and taking 4 full time classes at school - 2 400 level math courses, a 400 Chemistry course and a 300 level Computer Science course). Trying to graduate this year.

That video that was posted has a website that you can get it from I noticed but its all camo stuff. I haven't been able to find woodgrain or cabon fiber anywhere. I checked ebay, but you always have to worry about quality....

I'm in on this one . Maybe you could start with a small stock of the basic trim pieces, then start an exchange program sort of what I have read that Patman does. Classes come first tho. Get yur edjumication first . hit me up if you want a starter .

Thanks guys, I'll let everyone know once I'm ready to take on projects. I'll be too busy for at least a month though.
