Angry 2000 f150 ISSUES...PLEASE HELP!!

Ok. Here is my situation. Been reading alot on here and it seems a lot of people I am having. Last month I helped my mother move....towed a trailer yada yada...(just wanted to add, not sure if relate) About a week after when the truck is idling the exhaust shows a little white smoke and smells heavy of gas. Also, when idling the truck kind of stutters, misses a little. Getting on the gas sounds like it sucks in air stalls a sec then gets on up and goes. Also again, after a drive and shut off, looks like smoke coming from under passenger side of engine...i think it is losing some coolant. I have done plugs, cleaned injectors...ran comp test bc cel was on and showed misfire on 1. Even after changing plug and cop. I tried to give all info I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the issues on here and a lot of diff threads found. Just trying to get more narrow results....Jeez. A shadetree mechanic has had this over a month and still cant get the d@#m thing. I am getting PISS3D!!! Thanks.

sounds alot like you have an intake gasket leak. if you are loseing coolant and its not on the ground or in your oil. theres a good chance your intake gasket is leaking / blown.

first make 100% sure it is the intake. sounds like it is but without looking at it i cant be sure. limp it to the shop and have them look at it i dont think they will charge you just to look at it. if it is and money is tight what do you have to lose by trying the fix in the can.i have never used the stuff and dont know what might be the best kind to try it might patch it up long enough for greener times when you can get it fixed right.

At least you have the issue pin pointed to #1 cylinder.
Take the spark plug out and inspect it.
Is there coolant on the tip?
Is there carbon on the tip?
Take a compression test to see if the cylinder has a blown head gasket into the coolant system.
You have to do the diagnostics to know what to fix in any event.
White in the exhaust is coolant going through with combustion attempts.
Smoke/gas smell is the plug not firing part of the time due to the coolant fouling the plug.
You might have seen a flashing CEL at some point indicating the cylinder was passing unburnt gas.
A shadtree mechanic without well rounded knowledge of these motors is no help.
Good luck.

not an expert like you ( BLUEGRASS ) but i can tell you this its not a blown head gasket if it was his truck would be running hot and look like the stanly steamer going down the road.
