Need help with noise in engine

Need help with noise in engine

okay when i bout ma truck the guy said he had it sitting for a long time and that he haddent chenged the oil in along time so asoon as i got it i changed the oil i got it with 137xxx but a feww weeks after i changed the oil i started hearing this noise i took it to a buddy off mine he said that it had sluge??? fromm sitting down to long i guess he told me to add some rislone wat do yall think would it work or not ohh and it has a clanking noise in the engine wen i take the cap off to put the neww oil its loud but they told me its not ma pistons that they are just full off sluge so wat are some ideas anybody

Ma thinks ya bout a truck that has ben abused and short on maintaince.
Good bet the cam chain tensioners are shot from this abuse.
Caned wonder juce won't fix it now.
Hope ya didnot pay very much fo the truk.

naw i paid 2100 very nice truck it still runs good and everything but that lil noise that is making is the only problem

There's an old saying, "Sometimes when someone gives you something for nothing, it's still not free" by the time you get all the issues fixed.
You got a $2100 truck for a reason.
You have internal damage that likely requires the front cam chain cover to come off to see the problem.
