helper spring that doesnt lift?

helper spring that doesnt lift?

any suggestions on helper springs that dont lift the truck much?

From my experience of helpers, they aren't for extra lift, they are to support the rest of the springs on a heavy load so the rear doesn't sag as much. If you want extra lift, add one or two more of the longer ones into the mix

overload leaf packs. i have a set but havent put them on yet. the bolt to the top of the stock leaf pack

If that is what I think it is.. it would basically be a reverse helper. Instead of being on the bottom for support, it would be on top to create more arch, and that would work also

You could just install air bags then you could have no lift and only the stiffer ride and load support when needed. I love mine and got them for $50 off craigslist.

Haha yea I don't like it sagging when it's loaded. Plus I'm gonna throw some leaf packs from a screw under there to help more.

The should clear just fine actually. I'll let you know for sure Friday hopefully

I run the Hellwigs.. I like 'em.. For me, they improved the ride. The truck was WAY too soft sprung stock... I like the firmer ride I got with these..

mitch can you get a pic of the clearance around the ubolts? mine are longer than that and i just want to make sure itll all clear haha
