Thanks for sharing with us.
Thanks appreciate it. We do this for a living though. My son would probaly say we spend too much time together. LOL. Just hope we don't end up like OCC.

How is the glare off that dash when driving? I've thought about doing mine gloss black along with the console insert, but am worried the glare would be too distracting.

Yeah I'm kind of new here so not really sure how that all works. Are there rules somewhere I can read? I know my son would love to be recognized that way for all the work he put into the truck.

IDK...we literally just finished the truck 10 minutes prior to taking those photos. I hope the glare isn't too bad because I plan to do the same to my Expo that I'm building.

We probably have 5-6 coats of color and 3 coats of urethane clear. We then color sanded and buffed the clear.

Here are the rules, but really, the main requirements are that you have pics in an album or your garage and have voted in the current month's contest.

Thanks...I'll take a look at that. I just found a bunch of photos of the truck when we were building it. Unfortunately they're all on a 3.5 floppy disc. Now I have to figure out how to transfer them.

Very Nice Ride.
I'm in the process of doing the same to a 99 Flareside

Heres a shot of my dash in my 99 Expo that I'm building for myself. Its done in 2010 Ford Cashmere. I'm going to paint the gauge cover and other trim pieces similar to what I did on my sons truck. I have more build pics of it in the Expo section
