possible to wire Flash To Pass to seperate bulbs??

Does anyone know if there is a seperate wire for the Flash To Pass on the 97-03 (mine is 99) trucks??
I'm looking into getting correct Projectors with bi-x HIDs and would like to designate the unused "high beam" spot as a designated Flash To pass.

Also whille I'm here asking does anyone know of a wire that comes on with the Low beams and stays on with the Highbeams (not active with corner lights) so that I can tap into it and wire the signal wire of my fog lights relay to it??

Sounds like a good plan, I'll look online or the next time I stop at ford and peek at the EVTM. I'm not sure it can be done, the flash to pass I believe is just a momentary switch position to the common highbeam line, without breaking the low beam.

You may be looking at doing something cool, but not easy because theres so little room to work with.
