Bees in Mirror (don't know what section to post this)
I have wasp's or yellow jackets living in my driver side mirror (glory cap I believe its called). I want to spray em with some bee killer or something...but I want to make sure it ain't gonna screw up my electric turn signals and my paint from the run off. Any help would be appreciated!

I've had bee's in my mirrors, and bee's in my fuel door. Mice built a nest under my air cleaner on one of my cars and damn near caught it on fire. Had one of my cats crawl onto a motor mount and it rode 60 miles to my job before it crawled out.
I agree with the soapy water too.

If you are brave enough, that cap will actually pop off.
Push the top of the mirror in and then you should see two fairly large tabs that you depress and it should come off. That way you can get a good look and get the nest out of there for good.

Soapy water should do it, If not I use WD40 all the time to clean liquid asphalt off my truck with no ill effects.
