I have no reference for 02 expy seats, but I transplanted 01 expy seats into my 99 supercab. Seat belt latches of the expy seats worked with the belts of my truck.

you can always swap the top half of the seats and keep your original top half of the seats and use expy bucket lowers

You'd have to get seatbelts from a 98-00. Then you have to drop your headliner. There should be tapped holes above where the rear door latchs, once you see them you'd have to cut a hole in your headliner to expose those holes. Take the 98-00 style seatbelt bolt and screw it in. Now open both doors of the truck and look down at sash plates, just above it you'll see an odd plastic cover, remove it and under is another tapped hole. Bolt the seatbelt retractor there. Then you can use Expy seats. The 98-00 seat should have the buckle attached already. I did this swap, except opposite. I changed my 00 seats out for the 02-03 (with seatbelts built in), and it was direct swap, only issue I had was 2 circle holes in the headliner. I have some picts of it

Ok, I'll get them loaded up on computer for tomorrow. The tapped holes in the roof I was saying about, you can almost see them if you take the little coat hanger thing off, then gently pull headliner down enough to see behind, there should be a tapped hole. Were you able to see the floor hole (under the plastic part on floor by seat)? Should be a tapped hole there too

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...1240801293.jpg you can see where the holes for the top part of seatbelt would go

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...1241311221.jpg this is plastic cover I was talking about, remove it and the seatbelt retractor bolts down there. Sorry this pict was taken after I swapped out to the seatbelt in seat style
