The only thing that I can find remotely close to the blower is #105 it's a 40amp fuse for the climate control front blower and I have switched that one with #111 that I know works which is the( ignition switch battery feed) and does anyone have an idea as to which other fuse/relay it might be called

 

From what I am finding.... Relay #4 is inside by the drivers' foot... and yes #105 maxi in the power distribution box is for the blower. My Haynes manual is showing in the wiring diagram that the blower relay is tied into fuse#23 under the hood. It's also showing inside, fuse #5 and fuse #24 tied into this system.

I personally would pull all the fuses in both boxes and physically see they are good. If this is the case, then I would say the problem is inside the the control area.

By the looks of this wiring diagram, the blower relay should be located near... if not part of... the control switch

 

Number 105 is the climate control front blower and I switched that one with number 111 which is the ignition switch battery feed which is also a 40amp and it still doesn't work. Get your meter out and start checking..... I gave you the procedure to diagnose it without guessing and screwing around.

I just checked the wires going fromthe switch that controls the speed of the fan and they show no power... I have checked the power leading from the y that splits and goes to the resistor and directly to the fan and it has no power ... Does anyone know where the power comes from.

 

Are you guys just going to stop responding to me or trying to help me out ... I've given you everything that I know doesn't work or is not getting power and I have checked all the fuses and I still come up with nothing ... I would really appriciate it if you guys could help me out

Maybe you need to check the switch itself for continuity. Take it out and ude a volt ohm meter tosee if anything is getting through it. Also check the connecter to see if juice is getting to it.
I'll go get my manual nd see if I can find anything. My Haynes has no detils on the subject.

 

You said no power as going to the blower. Earlier posts said the fan speed control is o the negative side of the circuit. So that means your test ground would need to be a positive wire.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

 

I have done that and it shows that it has no power is going to the plug connected to the fan speed controller

 

The test wire is connected to a ground and if it were to have a positive connection(the light would turn on ) there for completing the circuit
