Trying to solve the mystery of this clicking noise

I've had this problem for a while now, whenever i accelerate my truck makes this awful clicking noise. I think its an exhaust leak but i know **** about engines so i made this video. It doesn't make the noise drive so i powerbrake'd it until :34 then shifted back into drive so you could hear how it sounds normally.

My dad thinks its either a blown gasket somewhere or a lifter problem, but all the videos on faulty lifters ive seen doesn't really compare to my problem.

Hard to tell from your video but an exhaust leak can sound like a clicking. While the engine is cold, start it up and put your hand down at the manifolds. If one of them is leaking... you should feel it

All I really heard was the exhaust system as a whole it might help if you had the video from the engine bay.
