As mentioned, the tests are quite specific because this system is highly tested for precision due to emissions specs.

 

Whoa----I'm sorry if I offended you Jbrew for not understanding your diagram or the "hose test". I was reading like 3 threads at once trying to figure out what to do. I was getting confused as some threads show electrical testing with an ohm meter the dpfe. Again I'm sorry Jbrew, I had a lot on my mind this past weekend and didn't give your advice the attention it needed---- DirtySCREW
