Bronco driver needs help with an 03 supercrew

alright i need help with my dad's 03 supercrew FX4 with the 5.4 (i drive a 95 bronco )

anyways i was driving his truck yesterday and all of a sudden the cel started flashing at me (it usually just stays on o2 problem)

at any rate i pull off the highway and into Autozone to get the code checked..he plugs it up and says i have a fuse blown somewhere, now i checked all teh fuses that have pcm or accessory on them and good.

i'm pretty sure its got a bad cop or two cuz it was bucking and shaking as it was misfiring (especially down low, like at a stop sign) but the shaking would smooth out after i got going (maybe iac?)

i need help on figuring out why the code reader wont pick up the codes

It's a weird fuse. If the reader won't read from the PCM I think (not sure) it's the cig lighter or something like that.

Somebody can back me up or call BS on that one.
