Update:
I found a chrome bumper at a wrecker about an hour away, it isn't painted, but it comes with the bumper, valances, mounts, brackets, etc. all for $150 which is a great deal so i am gonna go look at it on friday. As for painting the valance, should i get it done professionally or do it myself?
