99 5.4 running rough

Ok, i know its been asked a bunch, but ive searched and searched, tried all of the suggestions. Now I have a question. 99, 5.4 4x4, 149,000 miles, I have owned since new. Recent updates/maintenance: PDFE new, complete removal and cleaning of throttle body, and IAC, with proper MAF cleaning spray. New fuel filter, all new COPS 2 days old, motorcraft plugs replaced at 108,000 mi, one small vaccum hose replaced, new PCV, 4 bottles of injector cleaner ran separately at each fill up. Truck still running rough, occasionally misses on idle (rarely). Stutters, misses, cutsout, or however you want to say it on accelration, or under a load, such as when air cond. is running or starting to climb a long grade incline. Also when slightly accelerating at 45-55 and up. Mostly stutters on acc, at the beginning of a gear then kind of cleans up when the rpms get up there, then it shifts and starts the process all over. 45-55 is the really bad spot, but it will not throw a code!
The only other thing i can think of is, has anyone ever experienced these symptoms with a failing fuel pump?

02's have never been changed. Funny thing, today when i would stop at the stop lights it would miss, like a rythm, with the air on at idle. When i would shut the air off the miss would go away, or if i left the air on and took it out of gear the miss would stop. That is how slight of a load it takes to make it miss. When this is all started it would hardly never miss on idle. I have to get this figured out soon, since my wifes 04 jeep liberty with 64000 mi just seized the motor, yes it has oil, and regular maintenance. It seems to be a common problem with the 3.7, but chrysler is refusing to honor the warranty. So now my f150 is our primary vehicle. I guess when it rains it pours....

One or more of your new cops may be bad. Did you use dielectric grease in the boots, being careful not to get any on the contact spring?
