Fog HID wiring with relay or without?

I have installed a relay wire kit for the hi/lo ddm slim kit for heads but on the fogs I have them wired directly from the oem harness to digital ballast on the 35W 6000K H10 bulb. I have no issues with this setup so far...My questions are...Anyone else wired the fogs same as I have? Do I need a relay for the fogs to prevent oem wire damage? Thanks...

I know this is kind of off topic but how long did it take you to get yours? Those ddm guys are some slow basterds when it comes to shipping

We have the DDM kit as well. Yes the bi-xenons came with the relay, however the FOGs did not (as far as I understand not required for FOGs). We installed the HIDs for fogs directly into the OEM harnesses.

The main issue with after market lighting is how much current will the stock harness carry without overheating and voltage drop?
If any lighting equipment draws excess to the stock harness rateing, you need to use a slave relay with contacts rated for current to carry the lighting total load with some spare capacity.
The new wire size must be large enough to carry said current load, as well
Many a headlite switch has been lost because of excess loading and fuse blowing.
