go 20% over everything, privacy and the fronts, my dads 03 gmc has that and its perfect, and you can just see out of it at night, any darker and you wouldn't see through the back windows.

Dnasty, I want 5% all around, my friends are telling me not to do it, because I wont be able to see out of them at night. I want privacy, I don't want people looking in my truck but it wouldn't stop them if they just looked through the windshield.

This is a good thread, my friends want me to get 15% all around, and 40% on the windshield. My friend got it done to his mustang and its sexy looking. Just worried about not getting what I truely want.

I have 5% all around. I also have a 5% brow tint. I love it. Yes, it is hard to see at night. No I don't care. I wanted what I wanted and got it. I think truck looks great. Nobody can see in dude. You have to get really close and cup your hands to see what kind of deck I have. These photos were taken right after I had it done, and the tint has lightened a bit (or I just got used to it, but it doesn't seem as bad to me anymore).

I love my 5%. I wouldn't have it any other way. I don't have a hard time seeing out of mine at night. No impairment to my safety and the safety of others (including peds). The biggest problem is back up and seeing house numbers. In those instances I just roll down the window enough to see what I need to. I have to get the rear window tinted still though.

I'm drooling on my keyboard for those 5%! Can you take pictures of what it looks like at night while out on the streets? Like looking out the side windows? If I get 5% all around, I'm still doing 40% on the front and 5% brow.

Its the brow tint that will get you, even though its only a brow it blocks more light than you think. My wifes car has 5% all the way around and no brow, I can't drive it without sunglasses, my truck on the other hand, unless I'm driving into the sun, I almost can't wear them. 35-40 on the windshield by itself is no bad neither is the 5% brow, but both together would probably be super dark.

When you drive is your brow low enough to see out of it? My brow is high enough to where I'm driving looking out my windshield where the brow stops.
