Opinions wanted: bumper re-do

My 99 sport bumper is beat to all hell with rock chips and rust. Looking for some ideas.
Repair and repaint as stock? Bedliner bumper and valence? Color combination? Repaint bumpers and fender flares dark shadow gray?

Definitely do the dark shadow grey. That would look sweet.

get chrome ones and PTM the valance, or PTM bedliner spray, but the rust will come back through unless you replace the metal....

Take care of the rust then PTM bumber and valance. Also remove the door moldings.

Looks great! Just replace the bumper. Not sure about the valence, but right now you have a perfect blend of chrome on there. Even the white letter tires look good. That's a sharp lookin truck the way it sits.

The best lookin front end I've seen so far was on a 2002 4x4 , which is like yours, but the valence was painted to match the truck and he had a Cervix hood with GT stripes painted on. The hood and valence set it off something special, -looks awesome and you don't see that every day.

Anyone have pics of a 4x4 with a lightning bumper? One for sale on local CL.
Thoughts?
