Welcome to the site! I'd suggest looking at other trucks like yours and forming a plan on what mods you want.

welcome Welcome

I see you live in Alaska. Do they use a lot of salt on the roads up there with all the snow and ice they get? Maybe undercoat the truck real well. Wheres your budget? Full 6" Lift, wheels, tires and gear can easily see 5k. Or maybe leveling kit on some nice 33-35" all terrains that can handle the conditions up there for far less. Don't you guys have problems with moose accidents? LOL maybe a big bull bar with some reinforcements. Extra lights for better blizzard condition visibilities. A good exhaust, I would prefer magnaflows. Your pockets should be empty by now

How many miles are on it?
What motor, 4.6 or 5.4
Any maintainance history?
Hows she run?
Might want to spend your first few bucks bringing the truck and motor up to parr. Like checking what kind of oil filter is on it, what plugs it has etc..

Then go for the add ons

I'm from Alaska also, don't lift too big, not only does it look redneck if done wrong, but if you start slipping on black ice, and then hit some dry asphalt you will roll.

I'd say under 6" lift
Get some black Pro Comp Rock Crawler rims, the finish doesn't get destroyed from the salt and they look bad a**
35" BFG's
Get True Dual Exhaust but nothing with cherry bomb's or stupid loud, than you sound like a high school douche bag, sounds deep and gives you better exhaust flow with some backpressure, In AK you have to keep the stock number of Catalytic Converters so make sure you still have em
Intake but not cold air, you don't want slush and crap from the road coming from your wheel well into the engine
Get bull/moose bars but nothing really gay, get like a custom heavy duty bumper w/winch

Lots of flood lights haha PIAA Hella or those HID's from Checker actually are pretty nice
Roof light bars look sick, go custom

If I was getting "Nerf bars" I would say get some steps/rock sliders fabbed and welded on to the frame
Back up lights are nice
If your doing paint get it like white or grey, it doesn't show dirt as much as gloss black

STX grille

Magnaflow 14" is a good muffler and so are the dynomax bullets. Check out the exhaust section for ideas.

Gryphon tunes are really good. Saving up for some right now.

Could go 7" with Fabtech or smaller kit and 3" body lift

don't forget about the supporting mods (ie gears after a lift and larger tires)
