ARE Camper Top Installed

Now I know most people don’t like these things, but for me it will serve a purpose. I need a place to store my tools and supplies, and a regular bed cover does not give me enough room. It will also come in handy when fishing and hunting.

The top is an A.R.E. v-series, it’s not the best looking top but it was in my price range. I really didn’t want to get one, but I cannot leave thousands of dollars worth of tools/wire sitting in the open.

That looks really good on your truck. I'm not a big fan of them either but I am half tempted in getting one myself.

I like the way they look when they are body color and flush with the trucks roof like yours is. I would have one on mine too if I could figure out a way to get my quad under it.

I have a real simmilar leer on mine. I like it and it comes in handy ALOT. It was on the truck when I bought it and I kept it for the exact reason you did, for my tools. However I just got into an econoline for work and will be moving most of my tools to that. I've been thinking about going with a roll up if I do change. Its hard though because the topper and the roll up both have their uses. Anyway thats my little story haha.

Looks great man! You'll really like it for storage!

If you ever decide to get rid of the topper let me know, I'd be interested in it.
