updates on my 2000

Hey it has been quite a while since I have posted some updated pictures on my truck so here it goes...

almost going to hit 80k miles!

so the mods are as follows..
285/75/16 wrangler MTs
pro comp rims 6079 wheels
blacked out tail lights/rear window light/front blinkers
jvc kw-nt1 (not the best looking install but it works great)
roll pan painted black
painted black rear window plastic covering (just did that today)
flowmaster
k&n intake

mods to come..
powder coated black rims
some type of headlights (thinking the R8s or R9s whatever they are) with HID
I might black out the fender flare pieces.. what do you all think about this?
possibly a chip.. but we'll see on that one

have a good one guys!

I just bought a 2000 Lariat that has 73K on her..
The tints look great on that truck.. To bad my state laws do not allow such mods..

K&N and an after market exhaust is the first things on my list (besides replacing the lower ball joints and brakes all around)..

Great pix guys..

Later,
Civic/Scootin

nice find!

my state doesn't allow it either I just chose not to follow dumb laws like that... When cops pass me I roll down my windows so they cant tell.. Ive heard that the back seat and rear window can be as dark as you want but who knows.. Ill find out when i get a ticket!

to reply to other posts..

I painted the roll pan black because finding an exact gold would be damn near impossible. even if I went to the dealership, the gold they would refer me to would be brighter and more vibrant than on my truck because of fading throughout the years..

I also plan on painting the gold strip that is on it black all the way around.. that way the truck would be black and red..

expyon- are those ddm HIDs? and if so what are the specs on them?

thanks for your posts everyone

28% is our legal limit, but I usually do 20%, next time around I might go 5%, not sure yet. I don't bother rolling my windows down, knock on wood never had an issue.

nope not ddm HIDs they are my super expensive Ebay HIDs that are 10Ks and have been on for a year with no problems except I broke a fog light bulb offroading... but company has a 1 yr warranty on bulbs and 2 on ballasts.. I called and they mailed me out a new bulb free and got to my house in 2 days... look up store HIDgate on ebay I only paid 39.99 shipped for each kit and a year in upstate NY with our winter and offroading I haven't had a problem yet
