in a few days ill be ripping out the dash/interior to install a new stereo and wire up my CB. is there a spot under the dash i can wire the CB and satellite radio to so that it turns on and off with the ign switch? id like them to turn off when i turn the key off because its a pain having to turn on and off the satellite radio every time i get in/out of the truck. also, are there any spots behind the dash where i can easily run wires out into the engine compartment?

 

You could tap, or Tee into the blue wire that supplies the head unit? I prefer soldering when applicable.

I pulled wire from the head unit, down the left side of the center support area, and through the firewall above the throttle pedal. I redid that and went to a fuseblock under the dash though.
