Im thinkin that my dads 99 F150 has lasted purdy dang on long! he has a 1999 F150 5.4L XLT single cab short bed with a 3 inch body lift and 35X12.5 tires and that thing has 325,XXX+ miles on her. he has a 1 and a half hours drive to work and drives all day to job sites. The truck is still running great. couple hard starts here or there but not often. takes it on the beach all the time it has no problems on the dunes. all we have replaced is an alternator, starter, grill, and normal maintenance stuff like plugs and filters. been in one accident where we hit the back of a car but bad damage. just a bent bumper and section missing from grill. as for the car no trunk let or back glass haha. and it still gets purdy good mpg.
