Hello I hear a sound like a wheel bearing that is going. Lifted the truck and no noise and no movement on the bearing. If i put the stethoscope on to the bearing I hear nothing but if I put it in the differential case on the drivers side I hear the grinding sound that I hear when driving! there is a bearing on the srwaings, so should I assume that is it?

help me please, the sound is annoying me.
