Vacuum diagram needed - 4.6L

After lots of time playing around I finally managed to get my Expedition running and driving. However, I'm having a problem with the brakes. When I press the pedal to take the truck out of park, it goes straight to the floor and doesn't come back up. Also, the brakes are extremely soft. They worked fine when I towed the truck home, and after topping the reservoir up there isn't any fluid loss.

Now, when I took the intake manifold off to replace the gaskets I had to undo some vacuum lines so I'm thinking I may have hooked the up wrong. The valve by the power steering reservoir also whistles when I turn the truck off - not sure if this is normal. The lines in question run to the brake booster, EGR valve and to the fuel rail... does anyone have any diagrams or pictures to help? Any help is much appreciated.
