Getting a new exhaust.

alright it is time to get rid of this cat back system ive had for two years, im gonna run a true dual exhaust, but i dont know what muffler or what type of exit im leaning toward a side pipe like a lighting, any opions would be nice and pics as well, it goes to the shop in the morning. thanks

I had true dual on mine with no muffler, just strait pipes. It was to loud for me and my suburbia that I unfortunately live in. I added in a Dynomax Cross Flow muffler, just cut the pipes and she slid right in! Its sweet, still got a little bit of a grumble and tone, but is much quieter. My pipes exit strait out the back of the truck, but I've also seen them diagonal out the back and I kinda like that as well.

Also, just from what I've read, if you are going true dual with no muffler, its a good idea to have an H pipe or X pipe, just to join up the two sides.
