Wheels for 03 scab...bolt pattern??

I am pretty sure the bolt pattern is 5x135, but im looking to get my GF's 03 scab new wheels and tires and want to save money by going to the 16. She currently has stock 17's and i guess my ? is are the 16's gonna fit (im almost certain they will) and is her bolt pattern the same as my 97 f150 which is 5x135. Thanks!!

The 16's MIGHT not fit, it depends on the size of the rotor and calipers. My 2000 has the offroad AND 7700 package and i can not downsize to a 16 because i have the big rotors. I had the same thing in mind as you have so I would definitely check into it before i bought the 16's.
