04 f150

found a couple of Natural Gas fords for sell and they are 04 trucks but they are the 97 - 03 body style. did they put the newer 5.4 in those 04's or are the engines in there the same in the 97 - 03 trucks?

The same I believe....The heritage stayed the same as the 97-03's.

The OBS 04's were the Heritage model, and the last year of the CNG option. The 5.4 should be vin code "M" and it's the old style 2V.
