Question about air bag helper springs...

I want to put some air bag helper springs in the rear of my truck..I have an 03screw w/ a 3" block (in the rear) and 3 in body lift...do i need to purchase any kind of extensions for the air bags, or will I be able to bolt them on directly?? thanks in advance...

They would mount on top of your leafs at the U bolt plate.. and directly above that to the frame, so I would say no, neither of those factors would affect it. Only thing that would change that distance would be taller leaf springs.

That is correct, the only thing that would alter your ability to use airbags would be aftermarket spring packs.

Just put Firestone Sportrides on my '01 SCREW with a 6" Fabtech, no extras needed and I love them. Took me 15 minutes per side....real easy.
