I'm assuming you have a 2wd. I don't think it could be done without a body lift. Maybe with a 2" level.

On another note, lets see some pics man! Not many people running the 7.5"

A member on here is running 37's, but he has a 7.5" lift with a 3" body lift. His name is Bert(Gatorcrew).

There is also another guy, I think his name is memo. He had the 7.5 and 2" spacer with 37s. His truck is sky high now but he ran that at one time.

I tried, but it rubbed in the rear(on bumps-uneven entrance/exits) and in the front(on hard turns)....I ended up adding a 3" body, made it much better!!! Then later on, added a 1.5" coil space from SKG motorsports

I have an '03 screw w/ the 7.5 inch lift and a 1.5" coil spring spacer...i put some 37's on it, but they rubbed like crazy...as a matter of fact, the rear tires were touching the fenders, so I had to put a 3" BL to clear the tires...but it looks freakin awesome...if someone can tell me how to post pics, i'll be more than happy to post some.
