What's up guys and gals?? I picked up a 00 4.6 recently and I LOVE IT!! Such an upgrade from my '94, although she will be missed.

My question is, can PI heads from an 01 & up 4.6 fit on my non PI motor?? I did a search, and all that comes up is mustang forums, don't really know if the same rules apply to the 4.6 trucks... any questions comments or feedback is appreciated. Thanks and have a nice day!!

there have been threads about the pi heads on the non pi 4.6 but ive never seen anything definative on them.

check out member dinggus for his stx or patman03screw for his stx valance.

 

the same rules apply to the 4.6 conversion to PI as the 5.4 conversion

 

What's the difference in bumpers?

STX Front Bumper:

 

The Stx bumpers are ptm unlike the grey ones that came on my fx4.. The stx bumpers also have round fogs, but consequently no tow hook slots

 

dude that looks awesome...trade me for my stock gray one!! haha. where might i find me one of these stx bumpers?

 

I'd try eBay or just order it from Ford, that's what my body shop did. Raptor got lucky, because I wrecked my truck and he already called dibs on my cracked one.
