Anyone soundproof their truck?

I would like to do some mild soundproofing to my truck. I am looking for advice and tips from anyone who has done this. I have done my fair share of searching around. I don't plan on spending ridiculous money on dynamat. I have heard of many people having success with peal-n-seal, ice guard, and even duct insulation.
I know how to get into the door panels and all that, I guess I mostly need advice on getting rid of squeaks and rattles. My door panels seem to rattle pretty bad over bumps and I have a squeaking noise coming from the rear of the cabin underneath the sliding window. I'm assuming this is the storage compartment behind the seats moving around a little bit.
Does anyone have advice on getting rid of these noises? Thanks in advance for your help

I'm not sure about fixing your rattles, but I did some sound deadning when i upgraded the audio in the truck about 7 or 8 years ago. I used a spray deadner product that came in a rattle can. I think I still have one laying around and i will check to see what brand it is, found it at a car audio place. I had to buy about 4 cans and I did all of the doors and behind the back seat against the back of the cab. It made a very big difference in the quality of sound from the stereo and a lot quieter when driving down the road.

It took some time, wasn't cheap but i thought it was worth it for the results at the end.

I used Dynamat in my truck, I did the floors and rear wall(pics in my gallery). It was pretty easy, just took a little time. I have been very happy with the results!

Since you don't won't to go that route, you could use something like what Blown F-150 suggested.....

Mr. Gasket Sound Damping Spray

or

Dynashield
