How to get at O2 sensor???

CEL came on and the local Autozone said it was the bank 1 line 1(?) O2 sensor. Carwled under the truck to take a look and it's apparently the O2 sensor just after the passenger side manifold but before the first cat. Even if I could squeeze the wrench in there, I'm not sure how I would pull the electrical connector. Looks like I may have a little more space if I pull the heat shield, but not much. Any hints tips or tricks?

Haha, the search engine is not always so easy to navigate. I was searching for hours trying to find something on this.

I also looked for about 3 hours trying to find out exactly how to pull and clean the maf sensor on my truck. Finally found this link in another thread:
http://www.fordf150.net/howto/clean-...low-sensor.php
There's all kinds of stuff telling people to clean the sensor, but nothing on here about how to do it, unless you have an '05 which has it's own thread.
