Smile Got my truck a little present :)

I just ordered some E-Fans for my truck. Didn't feel like spending $450-550 for troyer or flex a lites kit so I i just got Two flex a lite 398's and their variable controller. I havent heard of anyone else running this setup, but it was what I wanted and I have only heard good things about flex a lite.

I just hope all goes well with the install and cant wait for the results!

Not sure about that kit, I like the MARK VIII kits personally. E-fans add about 15 hp via Dyno. A good controller is key. It's a noticeable 15 as well lol. Gains are down low, you'll like it.

Jbrew I didn't like the mark VIII kit because its one fan right? and im sure two 16" fans can put out more than one 18" fan. I have read ALOT about E-Fans today so I might have my info mixed up.

Gets rid of the mechanical fan (about 15 lbs of rotating mass + the resistance of pulling all that air). I have read that it should give 1-2 mpg increase, and alittle more power. Ooo and make a/c run alittle cooler at idle in the summer.

Free's up HP/torque/drag. Pretty much a No Brainer, so I thought lol.

Actually, read post #2. If you still can't figure it out, there's no help for you.

Yea, if dual would have been better , it would have been on the Mark VIII. It's just about the same set that's on my 04 Lincoln, that's factory,- bad ***!
