ive got a set that i havent installed yet, mine are from a 99 L

99-02 are the sought after ones since they were lowered from the factory, and the 03-04 leafs are still going to ride better then OEM but aren't as low due to the added payload in those two years

^^Word. Lol

layedout, have you checked places like LightningRodder and NLOC? There might be a few people that have some for sale there. I was fortunate enough to pick up some '04 leafs for $40.

I have '03 Lightning rear leafs in my green truck, no ride height difference but the ride difference was worth my time, and I had 2 inch shackles on the truck anyway
on lightning rodder they just did a group buy on fiberglass rear leafs so there's got to be a few sets for sale

Is Brahmus putting fiber leafs on his rebuild? He might have some if so.

patman, do you wanna sell those, if you do let me know, i want a better ride, with my drop the truck rides rough even with the nitro drop shocks, and i would like to get a little lower in the back but now too much or my rims wont fit.

I've got 03 leafs out back (with the overload in tact), jlp 234 shackles, lightning rear sway bar, and stock 04 bilsteins. the ride is better but i am thinking about putting a set of hangers on or dropping the overload out of the springs, how bad is it to do?

Up front i have 99 coil springs and 03 front sway along with stock 04 bilsteins.

I would really just like about 1.5 true inches all the way around, without the Lightning ground effects she still looks a little high. I'm thinking that its the 99 chrome L wheels with 295/45/18's if I had more sidewall it would probably look better.

^^^ taking the overload out is not that hard...

i have a 4/6 i just took off because it's not that practical and went back to stock.

the way im gonna do this is take the overload out and cut a coil up front.

thats probably gonna give close to that 1.5" your talking about.
