and heres the brake light....

0

well as you will see in the next pic i went out today after gettin the 3rd brake light dun. installed it and looked everything over and my tail lights have like a whitish tint to them..kind of like their not very clear in some places..like a fog..(u can see what im talkin about in the pic) so i took some more plast x to them to try and work it out but it didnt....

i think the reason is is because all of the buffing and polishin i did by hand and not by a machined buffer...

so should i redo them all over again or what???

i got my system installed today. did it myself and with help of a friend.

It turns out the amp i had that i thought was blown wasnt. it worked perfectly... it was a weird thing to go thru trying to figure that one out.

il get pics up tmrw but il tell u what all i did...

Kicker ZX400.1 amp

2 10 inch kicker comp subs

i ran the power wire down passenger side of truck.. sub wires, remote wire, bass adjuster wires dow drivers side. ran the bass adjuster cord through the expy console and installe dit at top of expy console boot under radio, ran wire under seat, cut thru carpet to get wire from under seat to under door jam with all the other wires.

ran the drivers side wires thru the compartments in the back. amp is in the passenger side cubby hole behind seat. subs are under back seat.

Pics as promised.

Amp behind pass side back seat in compartment.

Bass Adjuster. ran wire through expy console. under driver seat then under carpet to door jam.

The Setup

Gunna get velcro strip to get bass adjuster to stick to the dash so it doesnt hang down like it is..
No pics of subs or box. just a basic under seat box. wouldnt be able to see Subs anyway its a downfire.

Enjoy

I think it'll look pretty sick but I still havent figured out how to approach the bumper pad or fender flares. I think just a decent amount of heat and stretching the vinyl should work but just havent tried it
