the gray plastic peice that goes around the outside of my back glass on the outside of the cab is completely cracked through in one spot and is starting to crack in another.it rattles really bad when my subs hit and im fixin to get 3 12s so i need to fix this before i rattle it slap off. is there any way you can replace it? and if so, how do you do it?

 

I had the exact same problem. Just find another one at a junkyard - make sure its off a truck of the same cab configuration - like if you have a supercab, get one off of a supercab.
