I just ran a 12g wire to the battery for constant power, so the key wouldnt have to be on for me to be able to move the seats, and the ground can come from anywhere.

yah I love the 2cup as well, but there is a subtle difference between the two seats under where the console is on the seat cushion. The screw 2cup console is shorter length so there was a ridge in the bottom of the seat to fill that void once the console is standing up., and the lightning seat doesnt have the two fold out cupholders on the back center of the seat as well.

how hard was the console swap. i want to do this one since my longer console hits my box when you try and flip it up unless the seat is moved forward

console swap is probably a 2 or 3 on level of 1-10 easy-hard

pretty easy just some of the bolts are kinda hard to get at

Man, wtf??? I bought a set of seats from an ext. cab to replace the seats in my single cab, and the bolt holes are completely different. How the eff do the single cab seats bolt right in?

Anyway. Hockeyfan, what color is your current interior?

Well just an update after all the talk back and forth and agreeing on a price of $350 and pick them up today. I get an email back saying the seats are sold...WTF!!? yeah so I'm a just a little pissed off. so the search continues, and actually the seats out of patman's crew look pretty nice too.

Sucks about the seats. Pretty lame move on that guys part.

I think I figured out my problem. The seats I bought have the seat belts attached to them, and my current ones do not. THinking that might be the reason the brackets are different.

Not to hijack more then I have, but does anyone know what decided wether the seatbelts were attached to the seat or not?
