Question painting my back window trim...

well i am going to paint my back window plastic trim black tomorrow when i get home from school. i am going to put tape and news paer around avery thang i dont wont to paint then but 1-2 coats of primer on then 3-4 coats of black then 2-3 coats of clear. if u have any advise for a first time painter please responed and i might paint some enter stuff to...

duplicolor adhesion promoter for the primer. its a clear primer and really works well

really? i wass thaning like kill-z or someting but what ever u guys say u ppl know more and have have more expeneces. ill take pics as i do it

duplicolor adhesion promoter (primer)
krylon fusion satin black
duplicolor acrylic enamel (clear)

not to sure..probably about 3 bucks a can..i only got the krylon..says you dont have to primer it..so i didnt

did it come out looking fine? and its grey plastic now and i amgoing to make it black but i want it t look really good and what if i want to paint some stuff in side my truck or the grill? will this stuff work for that to?

i was looking at ur pics and i am painting the grey plastic around the back window. and ware did u get ur sticker sayin "f150online" its pretty sweet i want to get on.

and so ill bring a $20 bucks that should cover it right?

i used gloss black on my bed caps. i posted a thread and i have a album of the before and afte pictures..

thanks jake guess ill clear coat mine!
