bull bar with kc light?? need some advice

bull bar with kc light?? need some advice

i have a 97 f150 with a bull bar and i have 2 kc lights to put on them and i have no idea how or ware to wire them? or how to mount them on the bull bar? or what i should wire them to and ware to put the switch. or what kind of swittch.so any help guys?

All you need to do is wire it direct to the battery and put a swith in the line circuit with it that you can put onto the dash. Wire the two lights in paralell to eachother. Or you could wire it in paralell with the headlights which would allow you to just have them come on with the headlights but I doubt you want that. As for a switch all you need is a single pole single throw rocker switch or simmilar and put it where ever you want. For mounting it depends on what kind of brackets are on the lights themselves and where you want them on the bar.

thanks man, could i just go to auto zone and get all the parts/wires/switches? cuz a buddy of mine works there and i can get a grate deal

Should be able to. When I did my lights and power outlet in my topper I got everythign at an O-rieleys except the wire, but I have lots of wire from my job. I know o-rielys had spools of wire, I'm sure an autozone would too. You may also want to put a fuse in the line too, just in case. They make fuse holders that are pretty easy to put in
