by the looks of the truck this guy takes care of it i would give him a call see if has some kind on maintenance log ask about oil changes etc

What if your truck don't do 85?

Tell him just to remember that when your buying a used car/truck, alot of the time your gonna buy someones elses problems.
I'm not by any means saying don't do it. Every car/truck i've ever owned has been used but i would take it somewhere and get it checked out for sure before he buys it.
Tell to go pay $100 dollars to get it checked out, it's worth it imo.
