I have been having some recent problems with my wipers. You can turn the switch on and the wipers won't turn on until they are on the highest setting. Then once they are on the highest setting it takes forever for the switch to work to turn them off again. I looked it up and this seems to be a common problem to do with leaky windshields and GEM modules (whatever they are). Also I don't know if this has anything to do with it but my windshield will ice up on the inside and not just the out side. I will literally have to use my ice scraper on the inside of the windshield. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
