pulled the plugs on the truck and it had autolite 103's in it 2 were not firing, soaked in fuel.the # 8 injector was totally different from the others...it was flat at the bottom at the oring where the stock ones dip down alittle,i bet i was sucking air there somehow.like between the injector and boss.
anyway the motorcrafts are in now just waiting for fedex to drop off the cops.i am hoping for a new beast here shortly something with alittle power.lol

ok all is back together and i must say i am impressed. the accel cops and motorcraft plugs made this thing wake up big time.i can now roll into it from a start and it'll smoke the tires.its idling smooth now has a nice rumble, i really like these parts so far.as of right now i have about 20 miles on them.

I have Accels and they have been in my truck for a year now without problems. I have heard the problems with these after I bought them because they are made in China.......but so 90% of everything else you buy.

Jethat knows what he's talking about.

if the spark jumps the gap the job is done...no fancy "performance" coil is going to do it any differently or give you any more power and they are not near as reliable as the OEMs.

lol your the bonehead you must be a ford tech right??? who almost ****ed up my truck putting in the wrong coolant ????? and by the way Ford doesn't actually make the Motorcraft spark plugs, Autolite( Honeywell) makes them. So buying OEM style Autolites is the same as buying Motorcraft spark plugs.

OK....... Back on topic.

As far as your parts.... did Summit give you any warranty at all? If so keep ahold of all papers that came with so IF you have problems, you can ship it back.
