Welcome to the site man. Glad to hear you are liking your ford truck. For plugs I have always went with NGK platinum or whatever they are called. I hear good things about the e3 diamond ones though. I have never done wires but I also have heard good things about the mpg+ ones. Although it is probably never a bad idea to go with genuine ford motorcraft products and those ford racing ones are probably pretty good as well. Check out stylintrucks.com they have good selection for everything and excellent customer service. Good Luck!

Stick with Motorcraft Plugs, a quality set of Wires and Motorcraft COPS/Coil Packs if you need to replace those as well. Some have no problems running NGK or Bosch... Others have a heck of a time. Play it safe and go with Motorcraft.
