jpf150, I'm going with the same theme in my truck, I want red doors, dash, hvac, and red dome light. So far I got a few door switches and my HVAC

My deck can change colors.

Go for it, I'm new as well, so, if I don't have the answer, I'll make sure I can find it for you. I'm about to order the 74 bulbs that fit for the dash board. The 194's are for the HVAC, and 5mm is for headlight switch, and 3mm is for doors. That's what it is for my 2003 F-150.

The plastic cover that is over the door lock and window switches, just pull it up at the tip, and it'll pop up and you can pull it out. Takes like 5 seconds.

No, the furthest I got with my dash was taking it out, I'm afraid I might ruin it, so I'm trying to find a set to experiment on. From what I've been told, I just pull the dash cover off the main plastic, and scrape the thin plastic off in the spots I want to acetone, then just use nail polish remover to remove the green tint. Then just buy that spray glue and glue it back on. But like I said, I'm afraid I might mess it up.

Yeah I am to are you looking to buy one? Because if you do and you end up doing a good job I might just have to buy one of yours and save myself some trouble...haha. Is it simple to take the dash apart? Oh and what deck is that? Cost? I like the all red, it looks sweet!

jpf150, I haven't found a scrap yard where I'm at yet. The dash is easy to take apart to get to the gauges and what not. The deck, I've had it for probably 4-5 years now, I swapped it out from my car and put it in my truck.
