8 inches and 35s

Well I finally started on my 5 inch lift today. Everything is smooth so far. Im worried my 35s are going to look way to small since i already have a 3 inch BL. Maybe going to 37s but i wont be able to do that for a while. Ill post pics as soon as its done! Maybe it wont look to ridiculous.

Just don't put a lot of preload on the torsion bars. That way you won't get a full 5 inches of lift.

yea that's what i was planning on doing, but i don't know how much of a difference its gonna make.

im running that combo and it doesnt look bad. it allows you to flex like crazy though!

I'm glad to hear that! I finished the front today. Got to install the rear blocks and ill be set

Finished up the lift today. It was actually a pretty smooth installation. I put some pics in my album, i have no clue on posting pics in threads haha. ill have better ones up tomorrow mike 04. I love the setup.

I don't know if I'd go 37s on one of these trucks...Mine has the 5.4 and even with 305s it kills power pretty good...unless your not concerned with that.

Truck looks great! Looks like you have had a few different sets of wheels? Or did you do some painting on them?
