Leaking transmission line....? Best Replacement? Help

I came out of Lowes and there was a puddle of red fluid under the front of my truck. I checked under the hood and noticed the power steering fluid was low, so i'm guessing this is the problem. When the truck was on, you could see fluid leaking from the metal bend of the pressurized hose (which I'm assuming is power steering). You can see the hose from the lower front of the truck and it runs to the back of the transmission housing alongside another metal hose.

Can anyone verify if this is a power steering hose? Where can I find a quality replacement? Is it a hard job to replace?

If the line is going to the transmission, that's a transmission cooler line. If it's going to the power steering pump, it's a power steering hose.

I did some more checking with Daylight. It seems the line has to do with the transmission as glc stated above. I didn't actually trace the lines, but assuming this because as I turned the steering wheel, the power steering fluid didn't go down from the reservoir, or the leak didn't drip more.
