suspension lift & brake lines???

I have a 03 single cab 5.4 fx4 that has a 3" BL and I just ordered a 5" rough country lift for it. I didn't extend the brake lines when the BL was installed. Will I need to extend them with the suspension lift? Help would be greatly appreciated!

You shouldnt even have to worry about it..... The BL wouldnt of affected the brake lines at all since it just lifts the body and the brake lines mount to the frame.

The kit you ordered should of came with drop brackets for the factory brake line brackets. If it didnt then you still might be ok. There should be enough play in the line to where you wont have to mess with it but if it seems tight then just get the drop brackets or just make something that does the same thing.

You will be fine. Your brake lines between the master cylinder and frame were slightly stretched by you body lift but the suspension lift will only affect the portion between the frame and the brake calipers.

Got any pics of your truck? I love a good lifted single cab.
