Unhappy Extended cab door leak..

Hey guys, i have a 2002 Extended cab (not supercrew).. i found lately that when it rains, i am getting water dripping down between the drivers front and rear door. I don't see any noticeable rips or tears in the weatherstripping where the doors meet. Anyone else had this issue?

hmmm... i would definitely have to say it was something with the weatherstripping...

only other option i can think of is that the door isnt closing properly...

Yeah, it's weird. The door is definitly shut completely, and the weather stripping looks intact. I was just curious if anyone else has had this issue...i'll look at it again today, as look would have it, it's raining...

Since the weather stripping looks good, could it possibly be the seal on the ext. cab pop-out window? Just a thought, maybe that is what's leaking and it's running down the inside of the door panel. Or are you actually seeing the water on the inside door jambs?

No, it's dripping down the inside of the door, outside the door panel. It creates a little pool on the floor, in the carpet, right where the two doors meet.

Hmm, then yea I would have to agree with the majority here and say it's something with the weather stripping. Even if it looks to be in good shape, maybe it's pulled away from where it should be fitted into (if that makes any sense). I have pulled mine away slightly to run audio wires, antenna wires, etc. and had to make sure I re-seated it good and snug.
